It has knocked down my hot flushes during the day and a little less on my night sweats.. so I’m hoping that it will improve over the next couple of months with what I bought!.
After a family tragedy and being premenopausal, I honestly thought I was losing my mind. Two weeks on the patches and I already have more clarity, I’m calm again, and the damn hot flushes have disappeared!! I’ve since bought the night patches too to see how they go. When I first started using the patch didn’t think they were doing much until I went away and forgot to bring them with me well did I notice the difference couldn’t wait to get back home to put a patch on - they do work! I feel a lot calmer 😍

Since using these patches my hot flushes have calmed down, moodiness gone, energy levels are up.

I am 50 years old and well and truely menopausal. My sleep has been so disrupted and my moods low. Love both the menopause and night calm patches
I wanted to wait the month before I submitted a review. I had been suffering quite bad with night sweats having up to 3-5 in a night. Completed drenched, no sleep. I now, may have one but not enough to have to change clothes & they only last 15 secs or so. So less intense & way less frequent. Thankyou Alumepatch
Took a couple of weeks to kick in but I notice now that night sweats are less frequent and generally I feel better

Just started a day ago so at the moment really can’t see any effects on my body. Still sort to get the mid afternoon warm not flush but I’ve never really had the flush. Looking forward to keep using them and then we’ll see the outcome in a couple of weeks.

Omg I’m finally getting some sleep!! It took about a week of seeing not a great deal, but then omg, a whole nights sleep it was amazing… iv been on these little patches for about three weeks now, and I’m noticing a clearer head through the day, not so foggy and doughy as I was, and I’m loving that, falling asleep seems to be getting easier and quicker to, I used to lay awake for hours until about ten days ago now… even my watch is congratulating me now … and Jo writes everyday to ask how it’s going, which is sooo amazing, someone to talk to who understands what I’m going through and how I feel, when you have no one around who understands (I don’t even understand what I’m going through) she is an angel, a much needed angel… THANK YOU JO 💐 I’m so glad I found these amazing patches, iv tried so many pills and potions and nothing has worked for me until now…. I felt great on this but as always with any of these menopause or HRT herbal or medication s I gain weight in the first month :( so I stop using them.
