To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and returned within the return period stated in our policy. Items that have been opened or used may not be eligible. We do not accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully and ensure the alumepatch product you select is the right fit for your needs.
In line with our Terms and Conditions, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid if we determine that:
Your order did not reach you due to an error on our part;
The item you received was not substantially the same as what was shown on our website (allowing for reasonable variations in screen display, colour, brightness, and image quality); or
The product is faulty, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
