Orders and Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email (if your email address was provided upon ordering)with tracking details once your order is on its way.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on your location. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–12 business days.  For international shipping, please allow additional time.

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping: AUD $10 or free on orders over $50 within Australia

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on destination. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties POA.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update your shipping details. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Because our 30 day Promise already covers satisfaction concerns, we do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of results, or general dissatisfaction once a product has been opened or used.

 

We only accept returns if your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

What are the return conditions?

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us at joanne@alumepatch.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No returns required.

 

We reply within 24 hours and resolve within 48 hours.

 

How it works:

  • Applies to first-time customers only, on their first order.
  • No need to send your product back.
  • Refund covers the value of one 30 patch pack at the price paid at checkout.
  • Shipping and taxes are not refunded.
  • One claim per household.

Example:
If you purchased a multi pouch bundle, you’ll receive a refund equivalent to one 30 pack at your checkout price.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorisation if applicable.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Refunds are provided with no requirement to return the product..
