How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping: AUD $10 or free on orders over $75 within Australia

Do you ship internationally?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

 We do not accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully and ensure the alumepatch product you select is the right fit for your needs.

What are the return conditions?

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and returned within the return period stated in our policy. In line with our Terms and Conditions, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid if we determine that:

Your order did not reach you due to an error on our part;

The item you received was not substantially the same as what was shown on our website (allowing for reasonable variations in screen display, colour, brightness, and image quality); or

The product is faulty, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorisation if applicable.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Can I exchange my item for a different one?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning the original product (if eligible) and placing a new order.
