Hi, we’re Jo and David.. partners in life, parenting, business, and now... patches. After years running small family businesses in regional Victoria and raising four (very loud!) kids, we packed up our lives and embraced van life across Australia.
Between dodging kangaroos and renovating an old Queenslander, something shifted. Jo started experiencing sleepless nights, emotional ups and downs, and memory lapses that couldn’t be ignored. Menopause had arrived and it hit harder than expected.
