Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

Try alumepatch for 30 days risk free. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us at joanne@alumepatch.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund. No returns required. We reply within 24 hours and resolve within 48 hours. How it works: Applies to first-time customers only, on their first order. No need to send your product back. Refund covers the value of one 30 patch pack at the price paid at checkout. Shipping and taxes are not refunded. One claim per household. Example: If you purchased a multi pouch bundle, you’ll receive a refund equivalent to one 30 pack at your checkout price.

2. Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
